Lived at Ellis Apts. for several years and was very pleased and happy there....Management and staff were very nice and professional...always took care of apt. problems immediately.....

Old worn mismatched furniture, old tvs without remotes, no drapes or curtains in living area, old sagging curtains in bedroom, one plate and 4 mismatched glasses. 2nd bedroom is very noisy due to proximity to walk way outside. only some of the stove burners work. only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Matress is comfortable but has a lot of dark stains and springs in box springs are broken so bed is wobbly. Clean with no bugs. Plenty of silver ware and pots and pans. Nice mini blinds. Older apartments! Owner is easy to work with. Large bedrooms, guest bath is small. Some apts have hardwood floors, some carpet. Relatively quiet for a busy street. Close to Central Regional Hospital and stores. Approximately 15-20 minute drive to Raleigh unless traffic is heavy. Very close to I-85 and approximately 40 miles from VA line.
