I have been having insurance through then for almost 7 years and every time it came to needing something it was never answered correctly or done correctly. Today I find out I have a flag on my license b/c I cancelled my insurance first and then turned my plate in. I was told by an office worker to turn my plate in after. Now I have a flag and have to pay a state fee. Thanks! This is just ONE incident. Don't even want to go into them not going over my coverage options and details. Changing agents asap.
