Elliptical provides a tremendous workout. I regularly use an Elliptical Machine to workout, but i never had a group class, which demonstrated interval training with a variety of movements. I know I burn a ton of calories and it felt great! Plus you can track your results on the big screen. You gotta try it.

An amazing workout and THE best fitness instructors. Also the owners are quite accommodating and extremely friendly. #RiseUp
I love this class and studio! It is the perfect combination of cardio and toning. The instructors are so encouraging and they play great upbeat music.
