Such an incredible workout! The staff is so nice and very motivating. It’s like a spin class but on an elliptical. Nice that you can modify your speed and resistance to fit your needs as you go. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to sweat!

Elliptical provides a tremendous workout. I regularly use an Elliptical Machine to workout, but i never had a group class, which demonstrated interval training with a variety of movements. I know I burn a ton of calories and it felt great! Plus you can track your results on the big screen. You gotta try it.
