I had been working with this therapist and found the sessions helpful. When I took a short break, I was not aware that the practice would consider me “inactive” after 30 days and discontinue my access to the therapist. I reviewed the client portal terms (SimplePractice Terms of Service) and nowhere do those terms state that inactivity for 30 days results in termination of services. 5 meses pasando con mi hija por una crisis mental en la cual emocionalmente me afecto al punto de perder la cordura. El consejero Luis Garcia con sus consejos me guio paso a paso a como sobrellevar la situacion y lograr ayudar a mi hija a aceptar su condicion. Y a hacerce responsable de tomarse sus medicamentos. El consejero Luis es una persona muy profesional y un excelente ser humano. Lo recomiendo 100% .
