The building itself is great and the maintenance staff is very responsive. However, if you value having a good property manager then consider any other apartment complex in the area. I had a noise issue that went on for MONTHS and the management team put in minimal effort to resolve this problem. I couldn't even have friends or family over because the noise was so bad.
