My fiance and I just picked up our wedding bands from Elliot and we are beyond happy! He helped us choose the perfect bands. I chose a diamond ring guard which needed to be adjusted in order to fit my engagement ring and it turned out beautiful! My fiance's band is also very unique looking and fits him perfectly. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely be doing business with him again!
I emailed Elliotts Jewelers, because his website said they buy jewelry and I believe gem stones. So I stated in the email I have a 3.0 carat Pear Cut Lab Grown Vivid Pink loose stone and do they purchase them. Well Elliot called me and told me no He doesn’t buy them, he could have just ended the conversation right there, but he proceeded to tell me Lab grown diamonds are completely worthless, plus he could of just emailed me that they do not purchase them. Excellent customer service!. I just moved here and accidentally cracked my 25th anniversary Tanzanite ring and Elliott did an amazing job Helping me with the insurance documents and getting me a beautiful replacement stone. I was thrilled the way it turned out. I also used him to make me a pendant out of my fossilized elasmosaurus tooth and polish my husband’s wedding band. Security is top notch.
