They were great!
It is so nice having a responsive company. I left a message after hours Thursday evening. They called at 8am the next morning. We had a small leak in the main line coming into the house. As it was outside and not a gusher, we did not consider it an emergency and we did not have to turn off our water. They had someone available Saturday morning and he identified the problem promptly and dealt with it in a couple of hours. Darn acidic water eating through copper! Problem solved!
They helped me repair a broken water line and came over in less than two hours. Thanks to Melissa for scheduling and thanks to Pat for an excellent repair!
