John and his team have had my husband's custom V8 motorcycle for over a year for a minor electrical issue: a nonfunctioning tail light. As a result of his incompetence, we were forced to miss our wedding anniversary trip to Sturgis last year, and missed participating in Arizona bike week. If there was a way to leave this shop ZERO stars, I would. Extremely disappointed in the lies we've been told consistently every time we call to inquire status.
Run away from this horrible shop. They are unable to troubleshoot any problems and will attempt to fix your car by throwing your money at the problem. They don’t have any and didn’t put a protective cover on the carpet and it was disgusting when I got it back. They also don’t have any plastic to protect your interior and didn’t put plastic on the seat and it was greasy when I got it back after they gave up on it after months. Its only a Chevy 350. Hello, My name is louis Raggio and I had some work done at Elliott's auto on cave creek road. I had a ABS and Stabilitract light on my dashboard and I had asked another shop if they could repair it. The other shop said they didnt feel comfortable with the fix and recommended I go to Elliotts. I worked with John and he was curtious and took in my tahoe quickly.
