This dealership is dishonest. After we drove 45 minutes to see the truck, managers Matt and Kyle admitted they realized they should have listed it for more money. Then, just 15 minutes after we left the lot to think it over, they suddenly claimed someone put a deposit on it. That same truck had been sitting on the lot for a long time, so the timing is highly suspicious and as of today the truck is still on the website AND they listed it for more money than when we were onsite to purchase. Bought a ‘25 Raptor 37pp from EAG Ford & it was an absolute pleasure dealing w/ them. Even though the new truck took 2 months to get in from the Ford Plant, the dealership took great care of me. Kyle the sales mgr. was on point, as do was my salesman Erik. I was treated extremely fair & they def. went above & beyond to earn & keep my business !! Kudos to these guys, as I will def. be back for another Raptor when the body style changes 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Very Friendly, priced fairly
We bought a Hyundai from them that we owned for 5 months. Of that 5 months it was only working for about a month of that time. It was frequently broken and in the shop. When we reached out about them taking it back or compensating us for the car they sold, they didn’t respond. They also couldn’t be bothered with giving me print outs or memos that I requested.
Awesome service!!! Love my new Expedition. EAG has been very straight forward and has made everything is convenient and easy. Thank-you!!
