Very limited communication. You don’t know what you are getting till too close to closing. Made several mistakes preparing documents. I didn’t even know I had appointment to sign anything or where to go. Paralegal promised one thing in the email and it changed several times over a matter of a few days. Very difficult to deal with. Had much better experiences at other law offices where things are get more clearly explained.
