Top notch hair color! Carolyn Elliott, owner of Elliott Salon, is an incredibly talented hair colorist and stylist. She has another stylist who also shares the boutique salon, Reed Allen, who is also a talented stylist. Carolyn's eye for hair color and expertise always has my color looking fabulous. Highly recommend her.
