My therapist, Seneca was fantastic. Leaving in much better shape then when I started. Then they called to say I owed $350 bucks after thinking I was paid in full. I have a high deductible, so it was not covered by my insurance. They told me I should pick what I'm comfortable paying between $30 and $60 and I picked $35. Which is about $100 a week based on three visits a week. they never explained me that I would be responsible for the balance until after I had stopped going there. Extremely shady. I have had a couple of family members treated at both the Dorchester and Milton clinics. They have raved about the outstanding customer service and have seen outstanding results!
I have been a patient at Elliott Physical Therapy for almost a year now and have seen Brenna at the location on Morrissey Blvd in Dorchester. I love that it is so close to home, but I have been most impressed with the care - I have a complicated connective tissue disorder and was so happy to discover that one of the therapists there not only knew what it was, but was treating other patients with it. I’m very impressed with the quality of care that I am receiving at Elliot. The therapists are very knowledgeable, skillful and up to date with treatment plans and modalities . I have had a frozen shoulder which has been very painful and has severely limited my range of motion, the manual manipulation along with the guided exercises I receive at Elliot have improved my range of motion and function . This place is fabulous. It is conveniently located and has their own parking lot, which is a plus. It is an open concept area and it is very clean. The staff are amazing. Jill is my therapist and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and has done wonders for me. They are very prompt with their appointments. I have never had to wait more than about 5 minutes.
Elliott Physical Therapy in Milton, MA is remarkable! Brian Chin is a knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient physical therapist, and challenges you to make the most of your PT. Elliott staff are welcoming and helpful. So glad I found the Elliott team!
