They tell patient to get here at 8 am. 9:30 and still waiting to be called back. Receptionist is pleasant enough, however I didn't appreciate being charged for the full balance ahead of time. They could've charged half now and half later. By the end of the day, show up at 8:00. Surgery at 12:30. Discharged at 4:30 and she's bleeding over her clothes from her hand IV site. I'm not exactly sure what went on today 12/03/24. The last time I went for injections in my neck, I slept right through it. I felt everything and was wide awake after receiving the anesthetic today. I'm not happy about that. Otherwise, a good experience.
I was very pleased with everything and everyone. Nice place too.
