Looking to build your own dream house, don’t bother with Elliott Homes. Your lead to think your able to pick an choose, and make upgrades. Just to be told later that they only sell specs. Which means YOU HAVE NO CHOICES!!!!
Don't waste your time. Cathy Pecha is unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't even know the product that she is supposed to be selling. She is easily distracted and rushes you through the model so you can't even look around. The email is also invalid too. Impossible to get in contact with and when you leave a message, there is no reply. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a builder. I will gladly take my $500,000 to a more professional builder that treats people with respect.
Love the area and the houses are pretty...!!!
