Very disappointed. Salesman talked very negatively about different competitors and brands, instead of pointing out the positive features of his product and dealership. Felt very pressured to make a decision that I was not ready to make. The sales rep and his sales manager were very aggressive, I felt as if I was being pushed into a corner. I am more than happy with my service here. I had came for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday and also scheduled in a recall on my windshield on Thursday. I was quick to get scheduled in and I can say the whole process was smooth! I’m normally from Dallas and to even get serviced takes about a week and other issues takes me over a month just about anywhere. But here, I was so quick to get all my vehicle needs. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. It's almost like they don't want anybody's business.
