I am more than happy with my service here. I had came for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday and also scheduled in a recall on my windshield on Thursday. I was quick to get scheduled in and I can say the whole process was smooth! I’m normally from Dallas and to even get serviced takes about a week and other issues takes me over a month just about anywhere. But here, I was so quick to get all my vehicle needs. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. It's almost like they don't want anybody's business.
Service staff were super nice, timely, and very professional. However Ford should not charge $600+ to bleed brake system that should be recalled. Disappointed in Fords quality and amount of recalls over last 10 years.
