I've had an account with these guys for years. I've never really shopped around even though I know Lowe's is way cheaper. Texted a list over to my sales person Shelly a week ago for a Kohler generator and a few other electrical supplies. Reached out to Shelly yesterday inquiring about it. Her response "I've been slammed"" for a week? Really? Well Lowe's got this 7k order. Terrible customer service!! Management should clean house after reading all the bad reviews!!
Easily the worst experience at any Elliot I’ve been to in Texas. Bad customer service. Girl behind the counter in sales was playing electrical installer. Please get me what I ask for. “Just put the fries in the bag.”
Matt at Elliott Electric was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me with a project I was working on. He explained the tools and parts I needed in a way that made sense and never made me feel bad for not knowing something. I left feeling way more confident and supported. Great experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Absolute garbage of a store compared to Longview, don't expect the line to work normal, they chose who they wanna help next no matter how long u stand there waiting
