Don Elliott is a true artist. We recently had a diamond ring reset, and the results far exceeded our expectations. I will not hesitate to return for future work.
These guys don't know watch repair at all. – I took my swiss army Victorinox watch in to have a battery replaced and had to take it back 4 times because it kept fogging up. Never fogged up BEFORE I had them replace the battery. They guy dropped my crystal while I was waiting for him to try to figure out what he was doing wrong, and he scratched up the area under the face. What a joke.
