they don’t answer their phones, poorly run
If I could give them zera stars I would. They took my money and told me to go somewhere else to get tested even though I paid them to test me. It was a waste of money and time. The place decided to get tested at instead legit told me they always do this. They don’t have a someone there that can actually test you. If you aren’t a kid I wouldn’t go here. She told me a scored high on my test so I need to see someone. That’s why I came to you for. Worst experience. Would not recommend.
Counselor was not interested in helping and told me to go away. Did not help in any way. Deserves ZERO stars.
I wish I still went to U of I (and still had student health insurance) so I could keep going here. Elliott is a necessary community resource
