Has anyone you know paid $70.00 for a one sentence doctor's note clearing them for work? Well me neither. I was told I would have to pay $70.00 to be cleared to go to work. Basically holding me hostage. For a company that wants to help with mental illness it seems as though they are more interested in exploiting them and maybe causing more harm.
