My husband & I have both purchased BMW s from Elliott Bay. James handled my recent purchase. Robert handled my husband s purchase last June. We have only positive words to say about Elliott Bay! When my husband had a few minor issues with his car, Elliott Bay was very accommodating when solving the problems. Our shopping experiences were low-stress, pleasant, and above-board. We will recommend Elliott Bay to friends and shop there again.
it was more about educating me on the vehicle than it was about "selling" it to me. As far as the transaction itself went, it couldn't have been quicker or easier. needing a new vehicle to replace my aging Accord I stopped by Elliott Bay Auto Brokers on my way home from work. Not really wanting to commit to anything, I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. These guys were great. They were very willing to answer any questions we had. The car we originally went in to look at was not there at the time. They showed us other vehicles that were similar and allowed us to test several of them. We went back in the next day to test the one we originally went in to see. After discussing different options and final questions we decided to purchase the car. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW X5 from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ver had. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles I was inquiring about. They have a great inventory of very high quality vehicles to choose from. I was able to extensively test drive the vehicle I ultimately bought in order to get comfortable with it. The car was priced right so there really wasn't much negotiating that needed to be done.
We were given a couple of days to test drive the car as well as having our mechanic check it out. The car was mechanically in excellent conditon and all the flaws (inside and out) have been repaired to our satisfaction. People are surprised to find out the car is not brand new and is actually four years old. We would not hesitate to recommend Elliott Bay Auto Brokers to our family, friends, and business associates.
