We tried to buy not one but 2 trucks from this place today. They are absolutely terrible. They low ball the crap out of you on trades. Would not recommend anyone using them unless you wanna get stolen from
This place seemed to have no interest in finding out what’s wrong with my truck I have a service 4wd light and stability control light and check engine light on the truck I have taken it 2 other mechanics that weren’t dealership mechanics and told me it’s a programming issue and that there is a tsb technician service bulletin on it and to take it to the dealer ship well I took it here and they said it wasn’t a programming issue and it’s needs a whole front axle assembly but the truck runs and drives great the 4wd works and I... read more
I always get great customer service. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Got my oil changed and tires rotated and was not at the dealership 30 min.hardly. Very quick.
Ty for setting me up with a great used vehicle sight unseen and delivered to us in Tyler! Spoke with Tee in person at EAG before the vehicle was on the lot and by phone to handle the purchase. Ty Sarah in financing for talking us through the processes, emailing and texting for docusigning everything, and finalizing the purchase.
