This is a mixed review. The sales team was 5-star—extremely professional, friendly, and we loved the experience. The service department, however, is a different story. The Good: The front desk staff are exceptional: super friendly and courteous. The Ford service side is excellent, and the at-home service is also fantastic (5 stars). The Bad (Jeep Service): The Jeep service bay is the worst I have ever experienced. A mechanic destroyed one of my Wrangler's fenders. Worse than the damage, he left screws out of an engine sensor... read more
