I drove to Mount Pleasant from Tennessee, to visit my sister. When I arrived at 5pm, I noticed an unfamiliar noise coming from the engine compartment. I arrived at EAG a little before 8am the next morning, and Sean Reardon came right out to greet me. Before opening time! They were able to diagnose and repair the broken down water pump and get me back on the road within 6 hours! Service managers and staff were friendly, honest, professional in guiding us through multiple mechanical issues with our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and the Mopar service warranty . They demonstrated above the call duty to obtain needed parts that had been delayed. We are very pleased with the repairs and plan to continue utilizing their services. We are also pleased with the care of a 2019 Ram 1500 we purchased from this dealership. Keep up the excellent work.
