Great place to live! We’ve had the pleasure of calling Elliott Arms home for the past 9 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. Thor was always friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The building itself was safe, clean, and peaceful. Great college living! Staff was super nice and anything that broke was fixed the next day! Surprisingly soundproof given that its relatively cheap college housing but it allowed for a great study environment! Would recommend to anyone in the area!
A Wonderful Place To Call Home As a long time resident of Elliott Arms I am thankful for the attention to detail that the staff and management put in to making this a wonderful place to call home. The building is well cared for inside and out with timely upgrades and the on-call maintenance is excellent. Transitions I retired and sold my country home to move to La Crosse to be closer to friends and find a smaller home in town. Temporarily rented a one bedroom at Elliott Arms. Four years later, I am still here. I realized Elliott Arms has everything I need: lots of friendly in-house neighbors; a clean, safe environment only a few walkable blocks from grocery shopping, downtown La Crosse, the Mississippi River, and bike trails; plus attentive and capable management. Who knew downsizing could be so painless!!!
Best apartments in town! These apartments are beautiful! Matt and Travis are great landlords, and they work very hard to keep their tenants happy. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and the bus stop is perfect for UWSP students. The online portal is also very easy to navigate. I would 100% recommend these apartments.
All of the Props to Matt and Travis I've been living at Evergreen for over 5 years now and there's good reason I still call this place my home. Matt and Travis are simply the best around and they keep the complex and the area around it looking and running nicely. We've never had a wait for something that needs to get done. Evergreen Apartments Evergreen apartments are perfect for college students. Close to campus and have a UWSP transit stop right at the apartment complex!
