Run don’t walk!!! I started seeing Sarah last year when my menopause symptoms were too much to handle. She helped restore the hormonal balance I desperately needed. Jake is, hands down, the best massage therapist I’ve ever had (and I’ve had MANY massages). He really understands physiology & the mind/body connection so is able to work on what aches and/or pains my body is experiencing.
