These are all german roaches. After living here for a week. This place is disgusting. The manager has a terrible attitude and doesn't want to listen. I wish I would have listened to reviews!
The apartment is pretty great for the price and the property is very nice for Tempe. Maintenance guys are quick, helpful, and nice. Only problems are the leasing office staff. Impossible to get moved in it was like they didn’t want people to live there between the frustrating tour process and the application process we pretty much had to do everything for them. Don’t ever expect an email back either. Other than the couple fees they added on after our first three months and the office staff Strada has been pretty great.

Save your money and DO NOT move here. Since the first day I moved in i’ve had problems with staff and the apartment. Staff are rude and unwilling to help when you have questions or concerns. Also when putting in service requests they mark as complete and never come by and say the work was done but it wasn’t. I have put in several requests for them to come spray for roaches because I am seeing several a day and the guy came by trying to spray for termites and left without spraying but saying it was complete.
