I am very satisfied with the level of my care today. I went to the medstar office inquiring about an appointment with the nutritionist. This requires a doctor's referral but I did not have an appointment with doctor Share for 3 more months. The nurse and the scheduler got me in to see him today and he wrote the referral and helped me out with a couple other issues. So the staff was great. Dr. Share enthusiastically takes interest in my health journey and offers common sense counsel on helping me reach my goals.
Shocked by experience at first time visit given online reviews. There at least 25 minutes early per initial request to arrive early to fill out forms prior to visit. We missed a call from practice just 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to the appointment revising request and asking for 1 hour early arrival - not much notice of change in request. The front desk was helpful in assisting with forms but we were called back to the exam room after appointment time.
