I went for a consult on my eyes for a lasik procedure. I felt his office staff was very kind and sought to be helpful. However I felt that Dr Perlman was very rushed, used poor sanitary standards and did not explain what he was doing to my eyes when he rushed through an examination. He was not observed to wash his hands or the instruments he put in my eye nor why he was doing it. Would not go back.
