Each staff member I had to talk with were super friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to everything I said and was able to tell me what the next steps were very clearly. She also treated my 5 year old, who is the actual patient, very well.
Our consultation went great. Everyone was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable with the surgery
Very pleasant staff, helpful to have free valet parking. Dr. Soukup was very friendly, professional, and my son’s tongue tie surgery went so fast and smoothly. She eased my concerns! I would recommend this practice.
My son had an appointment at 2 PM today. We arrived on time and were told it would be at least an hour and a half before we saw the physician (Dr. Misra) because she was in the OR and there were two people in front of us. Nobody bothered to extend a courtesy phone call to let us know the doctor would be running that far behind. They also couldn’t guarantee we would see her today. Absolutely disgraceful. My son was Transferred from Exeter Hospital to the Elliot Hospital Pediatric Unit for Appendicitis on Tuesday 4-9-2024. The night Nurse Jess was amazing and took great care of him and so did the rest of the team on the floor. We met with the pediatric surgeon Doctor Elizabeth Soukup and she was amazing and answered all of my questions and concerns and treated my 7 year old son like he was one of her own children.
