The nurse and doctor were both excellent. I’ve had this nurse before at the audiology specialist and she was excellent there, too. Both so patient and kind with my baby, as well as very knowledgeable. Front desk of dept also very nice and helpful, as well as the main hospital front desk.
We saw Dr. Soukup regarding a tongue tie for our 3-month-old, and she was wonderful. She performed a very thorough exam and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. She was also incredibly gentle and great with our daughter. I would highly recommend her.
Each staff member I had to talk with were super friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to everything I said and was able to tell me what the next steps were very clearly. She also treated my 5 year old, who is the actual patient, very well.
