You are greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist, who takes your information and directs you to the waiting area. Soon, the nurse greets you, takes your weight, and leads you to the Doctor's exam room, where she reviews you medications, notes any changes to your health, and tells you the Doctor will be in soon. Arrived at 915 am as requested. In exam room by 930 for a 930 appointment. After 40 minutes went out to see if they had forgotten us or there was an emergency. Finally the Dr came in for a five minute visit. He’s nice the quick visit was all we needed but the wait was unacceptable!!!! No one came in to check on us or to let us know we weren’t being ignored! Not too happy!
Doctor took time to discuss all my questions. Other staff were helpful.
