Diane is not a bad land lady but she knew for a long time that she was selling the apartment I was in. Only didn't inform me until there was a notice on my door. She also didn't help in any way whatsoever in helping me get another apartment but she put it in writing that she was helping me and everybody else who were getting displaced and that's a lie. Just pay your rent on time and she doesn't care in the slightest what you do. 16 years and in no way did she help me find another apartment.
Diane is a decent and understanding landlady. She will help you if she's able.
I have been at my place for almost 14 years. The landlady, Diane, is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Also Walgreens,Whole Foods and Inman Square are all right there as is the 83 (Beacon St) bus and the 69 (Cambridge St) bus. Harvard and Central Square are about a 12 minute walk away.
So good.
