I was going to Dr. Kahn as he was the only 1 in my network. After several appointments I decided to go to an out of network provider and pay more because I was so uncomfortable with Dr. Kahn. After asking for more details about exactly what was involved in the procedure I was about to have he seemed put off and I felt as if I was inconveniencing him by asking for more details about the procedure which he was about to cut into my mouth. Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Would you recommend this dentist to others? No

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
