Friendly and courteous staff. Thoughtful back and forth conversation with Dr. Freed when deciding treatment.

On time, efficient and answered my concerns. Exactly what you want in a medical professional.
Very good. No complaints as was there for six month checkup. Office staff, nurses, and Dr. Freed are great to be under his medical care. Waiting time prior to scheduled visit time was very minimum and reasonable. Time of waiting for Dr. Freed to come in Examination room was reasonable and so the time in getting my blood drawn. The nurse had trouble getting my blood to come out into the tube which ended up being a needle problem....this hurt some and made my arm sore that evening and the next day.
Very happy with my recent visit. Specifically grateful to Dr. Freed for letting me research medication options beforehand. It gives me the opportunity to contribute to my own personal care.
Awesome Doctor! Takes time to sit down and listen to your needs and issues. Very friendly and personable! The staff is also very nice and helpful!

Dr. Freed, while proficient in medicine, lacks complete compassion, does not take into account the entire patient, and does not review your history. I went to him because I have a serious autoimmune disease and was told by Dr. Freed that when I’m experiencing a health emergency that I would be able to see him immediately—either that same day or the next at the latest. Unfortunately, I had a life threatening emergency come up in the first month of working with this doctor and he didn’t get me in for five days. Because of that... read more
