Dr Thomas is the best doctor I've ever had but the assistants that answer the phones are just terrible. They are sometimes rude, disrespectful and care less about customer service, your health or well being. I will miss Dr Thomas but the I've been treated poorly by his staff for the last time
I was dissatisfied with the quality of care I received from Dr. John Thomas. If you need to stay withing the Elliot Hospital system I recommend a different office than this one.
My son's primary care is here. It is nice to take him locally instead of driving to Concord. I haven't had any issues here.
Went to doctor thomas to have my leg checked asked if he could check my sinuses because i think i have a cold and he refused saying he didnt have time wont go to this doctor again
