Peri and Marco are good landlords. They are very responsive to any problems. It's a quiet building.

We've lived here almost a year and management is so nice and works hard to keep their tenants happy and well informed.
Lived here for over 9 years and when I fell ill and went through a divorce non of that mattered. Lost my place after 9 years of rent being paid on time and sometimes two months in advance. Also the bathroom had mold in it. I cleaned it myself for years and painted the bathroom ceiling to cover the stains from the mold. If you don't have complaints and keep quiet you'll get along well with the manager. Her name was Gina, but I don't know if she is the manager anymore.
