The customer service here is terrible and probably the worst I have ever received. I have been having ongoing issues with my apartment, there are issues constantly arising in my unit. My refrigerator is not working correctly and is spoiling my food (during a pandemic mind you and this has been going on for months, I have reported it multiple times but nothing has been done), my dishwater is backing up, the heat will go out and blow cold air, my hot water won't work, bathroom fan light keeps going out, oven light, I can go on... read more
