Ellington House USED to be the best apartments in town. Nothing fancy, but clean, well maintained apartments for reasonable rates. However, it was bought out by Vicinia properties last year and I have never in my life seen something go downhill so fast. Not only did they literally DOUBLE rent and on top of that start nickel and dime-ing everyone with additional "admin" fees and other "little" charges (that quickly add up), but they're also straight up mismanaging the property.
