RecommendedI couldn’t be more happy with Ellington Farms. I’ve lived in Wilmington since 2015 but I moved in at Ellington Farms in September 2019 and since then I have had seriously 0 issues. Mike and Jaiden in the office are very professional but also incredibly helpful and friendly - they go absolutely above and beyond - and Doug in maintenance is also an awesome guy and gets the job done as quick as possible. i’ve lived at ellington farms for 2 years and i’m extremely happy. the apartments are very nice, grounds are kept up and if you ever have an issue, it gets resolved quickly by sharon, the manager. also, we have some great social events where a lot of residents enjoy. i’d highly recommend this community.

This place says luxury apartments , if so they need to get rid of the owners and the rest of staff place have went down since Hawthorn left buildings needs cleaning breezeway and all they need to do a complete turnaround don’t people will be going else where
