Jason came last week to my house in Pleasure Beach, Waterford, to address a bug and mouse issue I've been having for quite a long time now. He actually asked me if I'd like to shadow him so I could learn more about what he does and recognize signs of a problem. Wow.. what an education I got! Jason came out on short notice to take care of a bee problem in our walls. He did so quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price. I believe he was also on vacation when I got in touch with him, and so we very much appreciated his willingness to work during his off hours. We'd highly recommend him to anyone with pest issues.
One couldn't wish for more. This is proof that family businesses are way superior. We got excellent advice and service, genuine care and no pressure to add more than was needed. Jason was super friendly and professional, quick, clean, and unbelievably knowledgable. We had a million questions and got fabulous, clear answers and patient explanations about all and sundry, including critters unrelated to the problem we called about. It was all done in a jiffy at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
Jason does a great job. We initially called for spider and ant problems. After treatment, we had no spiders or ants for a full year! Now we are having them help us with mice and tick problems. They are prompt, do a great job, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
Jason the owner was wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Super personable and very dedicated to making sure I won't see anymore bees. We have also seen Kevin for some inside spraying and he was great! Really helping target the areas I had concerns with. Overall extremely happy and would highly recommend them!
