One couldn't wish for more. This is proof that family businesses are way superior. We got excellent advice and service, genuine care and no pressure to add more than was needed. Jason was super friendly and professional, quick, clean, and unbelievably knowledgable. We had a million questions and got fabulous, clear answers and patient explanations about all and sundry, including critters unrelated to the problem we called about. It was all done in a jiffy at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
Jason came last week to my house in Pleasure Beach, Waterford, to address a bug and mouse issue I've been having for quite a long time now. He actually asked me if I'd like to shadow him so I could learn more about what he does and recognize signs of a problem. Wow.. what an education I got! The first thing I learned was that what I'd thought were a few mice in the attic was in fact a full-house infestation of many years. Within less than a week, there has been not just a noticeable difference, but an extreme difference. Their pricing is e... read more
I found some damage to a roof rafter in my attic today. I saw that “text” was an option for these guys on Google. I sent over a photo of the damage along with a description of what I was seeing and I got a response within minutes. Jason had me take a few more photos and once he took a look he was able to give me a detailed opinion on what we were looking at - likely a years old carpenter ant nest. He recommended that I have the joist repaired and gave me some info on the annual Spring ant treatment that they offer. That is d... read more
Extremely fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Jason explained the issues very thoroughly and walked me through the process. I was recommended to him by my sister, and I’ve already recommended him to other friends who have raved about the services both for ground and eaves wasps as well as mice infestations
