Right now my back and neck and shoulders are in tremendous pain. The mattress is incredibly soft. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’m sleeping at the end of the bed as it’s some firmer. My husband is sleeping on the sofa. Lady came to check and said the mattress is new. I believe her nose is growing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance knowledge is great � and Security is also very good
