The walls are paper thin, the apartment doesn’t get enough light, and it’s over priced because it’s Davis. My neighbor below me is constantly throwing a ball or something against the wall and I can’t sleep or focus because of it! I don’t mind normal noise like a door closing but this isn’t normal. I only moved here because I was going to UC Davis but if I could go back and do it again I wouldn’t.
Tessla was great, I really enjoyed the tour of the amenities and unit! Tessla was very informative and helpful! Only bummer is that they have a pretty strict policy for tours where every individual must have their drivers license with them to tour the place. I had mine but my fiancé didn’t so he wasn’t allowed to come with us to see the unit, but she suggested that I facetime him throughout the tour and that worked fine for us :) Bottom line, make sure everyone brings their ID when you tour. As usual..Arnold came at a more than timely matter and fixed what was needed. He always does and if it’s something he doesn’t handle he is quick to get the people that do the job. Always friendly. I really appreciate that he always takes your issues as seriously as you do.
The one star is for the managers in the office. They have always been great, whenever I had an issue they always did their best to help. But I think either the owners or FPI management nitpick! They sent a notice saying "Alterations are not allowed" and they classify alteration as "exterior plants, hanging items front of apartment/ in the patio/balcony, wind, chimes, window alterations. items on patios/balconies are not allowed."
