I just want to say that the staff at Ellington Apartments is absolutely AWESOME!!!!! Always available to answer any questions I have. The maintenance person is top notch and efficient. I'm so glad we are living here!!!!

I went in and talked to Gabby, she was amazing, super nice and helpful- we will definitely consider living here!
The walls are paper thin, the apartment doesn’t get enough light, and it’s over priced because it’s Davis. My neighbor below me is constantly throwing a ball or something against the wall and I can’t sleep or focus because of it! I don’t mind normal noise like a door closing but this isn’t normal. I only moved here because I was going to UC Davis but if I could go back and do it again I wouldn’t.
