Posted a review this morning and miraculously my post is no longer there. Products and services are terrible. I would NOT RECOMMEND. They sold me a unit that broke within 4 days of installation and for more than 2 weeks have failed to replace the single part needed for repair.
Total scam artists. Got a top of the line Trane system put in my new house a few years ago, it cost well over $10k. Almost as soon as the labor warranty expired(2 years), the unit started having problems and ended up needing a new evaporator coil. After spending loads of money on a new unit, Ellington couldn't tell me anything about why this "state of the art" system was broken.
