My father suffered a stroke while performing a routine faucet repair and subsequently passed away. When my elderly mother, just widowed, called them to finish the job, they charged her $500. Just wanted others to be aware of this company's ethics.
Had a total boiler system installed in 2018, Have had multiple service calls, the last one including a part that was needing to be "ordered"., this was in May 2019, they never attempted to reach me! When I attempted to call and have it replaced they wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL service call. This all on a Boiler THEY installed not even a full two years ago, and one that has had air in the line and electrical concerns with the boiler as well its plugged into the wall might be part of the problem rather than wired to the fu... read more
