They are always professional and caring. I just recently taken one of our pets for an exam because she was not acting normally with her breathing. The Dr. took the time to listen and to check her over thoroughly so we could rest assured that our concerns were addressed. We have been using them for about 13 years.

I don't have any issues with the techs or Doctors. It's the front office staff. They are not welcoming, they don't smile and greet you, no pleasantries. They look like they are just there for a paycheck. If my dog hadn't been diagnosed there and had a history of her needs, I would be somewhere else.
