If you are considering this practice, I would advise against seeing Gabriela. My daughter had therapy sessions with her, and it came to our attention that she was not licensed. Additionally, there was a lack of communication regarding this matter, and we found her level of professionalism to be insufficient.
Victoria and Gaby have been amazing therapists and for that I am thankful. However, the insurance and billing process is such a nightmare! You are left thinking there is no balance or co-pay and one magically pops up and you cannot reach billing to set up an arrangement. When you finally email someone, they bill you wrong causing a catastrope for your other bills. Lastly, there is no clear policy on what is considered late as it it subjective to each therapists interpretation. I love the practice but the policies are lacking... read more
Rude people
First of all, it was super hard to get my daughter scheduled to be seen. First, they offered the service but not for my daughters age group. Then they didn’t have anyone available. Then got a call saying they had someone but only on Wednesday’s. Appointment date finally comes around and everything went well. However, my daughter was dropped after her first appointment. I’ve been seeing Gabriela Suitor for a few months now and she is not only an amazing therapist but a wonderful person! she’s kind, open minded, and tailors the sessions to work around my needs. I love her! She’s made my first therapy experience so amazing.
