Where do I even begin.. I have to start by saying the therapist we work with is amazing. HOWEVER, the company and owner Jim have no customer service experience and clearly a horrible insurance verification/billing process. We have been seeing our therapist since July and find out TODAY that claims have been denying since September (no change in insurance) not once has the billing department ever contacted us that claims denied (and they clearly never made a simple phone call as I am just finding out today the code was not co... read more
So I’ve been trying to get into to therapy for a little over a year now, I was really excited to start seeing someone since I have multiple diagnosed hard to manage mental illnesses. It was going great for a few weeks I suppose, but I had gotten sick a few months in and she had reached out to reschedule , I got no answer back then when I reach out AGAIN after hearing no answer I had been told my spot was filled.
