Great food and service
Visited for about a year and had a good experience with Emily, but she left and trying to find another therapist so far has basically been met with silence. Tried to call their office and was directed to another branch in North Austin, but they require different accounts and the drive is just too long when all I need is someone at the Bee Caves location to simply call/email me back.
Wouldn’t recommend at all. Company is a mess. Had to call each time. First I made it clear I wanted a provided that took EAP. Got scheduled. Next I find out that the provider doesn’t accept my EAP. Fine let’s find another one. We find a provider that accepts my EAP and I have to recreate the portal. Most stupidest thing I’ve heard because I am already a user with an account. Why am I creating a new account for? Then on my portal the first appointment wasn’t canceled. Had to call for that. Days pass and I don’t see my new app... read more
