I would like to formally complain about this company as I wish I could give them no stars. How do you get charged a fee when the therapist comes in to say I can no longer see you child on this day. So you are charging me a fee because your company never removed a recurring appointment to me on principle this would be considered theft to charge for something that couldnt have even happened cause the therapist told us she couldn't see us on this day

I had a mixed experience with this company. When I messaged to cancel my son's appointment, I was told that cancellation was absolutely fine, but i was not informed at the time that $100 cancellation fee would apply. I understand that the fee is outlined in the intake paperwork I completed months earlier, and i take responsibility for that. However, I believe it would have been more transparent and customer-friendly to mention the fee during the cancellation conversation itself. A simple heads-up would have allowed me to mak... read more
