Had a great clinician while she was with this practice. Unfortunately, my balance has changed through their app multiple times, up, back to zero, then back up to hundreds of dollars. I was hesitant for a long time to get a therapist again. It’s so difficult to find a connection and it becomes too much work. One day I just said I have nothing to lose so I went on the website to fill out the form. I didn’t have high hopes. The next day I got a call from someone from Ellie Metal Health and we talked about what I was looking for and she thought Karin was the best fit. Very poor experience at Ellie. Kinsie Dunham was wildly unprofessional, bordering on irresponsible. They probably would have a decent career helping queer youth figure out their identity. Beyond that, their experience is far too limited to remain consistent and appropriate. They advertise themselves as an expert but seem very unaware of their own limitations. I had to comfort Kinsie when they started crying as I discussed trauma. They might turn out okay in a few years, but clearly not ready for independent work.
Ellie Mental Health provides a beautiful calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. My son sees Aubrey Lamb. I am so impressed by the level of professionalism, dedication and kindness she has for my son. He feels comfortable and looks forward to his visits. I would highly recommend.
