Valerie and Sashell help them explore their emotions & encourage them to express themselves using healthy techniques. I would 100% percent recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a therapist. Taking the first step can be nerve wracking but the environment here at Ellie Mental Health is warm & welcoming.
