I’ve been strung along for nearly a year with something that shouldn’t even take a month. I (unfortunately) got referred to Ellie by my doctor for testing. When I made the initial call I was given an email over the phone and then told to email them to begin the process. Why have a phone number on your pamphlet if you’re just going to refer me to an email to tell you the same thing I told you on the phone? How redundant. Really nice office space in a convenient location. I was impressed by the diversity of experience of the Ellie therapist team and was able to get an appointment quickly. I’d strongly recommend the Ellie team!
