I found Becca’s communication during the scheduling process was incredibly rude and unprofessional at one point she became annoyed/yelling at me through text when I had misread her last message regarding the insurance card. Great agency to receive mental health services. I personally know some of the therapist and they are trained in the latest methods of talk therapy and non talk therapy techniques to meet your needs and relieve your symptoms. I highly suggest giving Ellie Mental health a try!
Wonderful therapist very friendly and peaceful environment.
I tried to get my child to be seen here. I was forward to a doctor? They set me up with an online account and never reached back out! That was almost two months ago. I can not even get in touch with the office but some generic line that's services all the branches. So unprofessional!
